Our unique combination of chefs allows us to specialize in all types of cuisines from traditional French to Caribbean flair.  We bring together a collection of talents and ideas to ensure our ability to provide superior guest service.  As an independent caterer we have immediate access to a wider range of options from tailoring your menu, decorating your location, and creating your desired design.

How involved is the caterer in a typical reception?

Our wedding coordinator is involved with all parts of your reception form the set-up to the end of the night clean-up.  They will not only run the banquet staff but will also cue the band or disc jockey, work with your other vendors, keep track of your event's time table, adjust the schedule around your needs, and anything else you may need.

Who is the main contact?  Will the same person you work with when planning also oversee the service on the day of your wedding?

From the very first time you contact us to the day of your wedding you will be placed in the capable hands of our wedding coordinator.  Your special day will be carefully handled by an individual whose goal is to make your dreams come true.

Will the caterer work any other weddings on the same weekend, the same day, or at the same time as yours?

We only do one wedding on any given day.  We pride ourselves on completely focusing on your special day.

Does the caterer handle all table settings? Will they put out place cards and favors?

We handle every aspect of your reception set-up including place cards, favors, centerpieces, and any other special items.

Will the caterer provide waitstaff?  how many would they recommend for the size of your wedding?  What will the waitstaff wear?

We always use our own waitstaff whom we have trained to anticipate all the guests' needs and to strive for superior service.  The number of staff we use depends not only on the size of the event but the needs of the individual event.  We would be happy to inform you on our staffing plans once we have visualized your dream. 

Our wedding coordinator wears a gown that is appropriate for the level of dress for your event.  This allows them to move smoothly through your wedding and not disrupt any of your guests' photos.  Our floor staff will be dressed in black dress pants, and white dress shirts.  Our chefs will appear in chef pants and clean crisp chef coats.  If your event has a theme we would be delighted to customize our uniform to coordinate with your theme.

What if one of my guests has a dietary need, i.e., allergies or they are a vegetarian?

We would be more than happy to provide guests with a special meal that fits their dietary needs. 

What about kids' meals?

We can easily make a kid-friendly menu for the children who will be attending your big day.
