All of our catering events include an on-site
coordinator who is responsible for anything, ensuring that your event will flow smoothly.
Approximately a month before
your big day, our wedding coordinator will meet with you. This person will help you devise a
smart schedule for the wedding day as well as the days prior to your event. Our
coordinator will manage your rehearsal, your wedding ceremony, your reception as
well as all the vendors and any problems
that may arise. Taking this load off of your shoulders can allow you to focus
all your energies on your wedding.

Another option is a consultant
who will offer advice and options. For instance they can help you select
vendors and guide you to choices within your budget.
They do not do any actual planning but often you can have our consultant be
your day-of coordinator as well.
