Will the caterer decorate food tables?  

On all Becket &Burke events you will find our tables are decorated with creative tiers and linens that act as an accent to your food.

How will the catering staff be dressed?

For our most formal events, our servers will come dressed in a uniform of a white tuxedo shirt, black pants, black shoes and black tie.  Chefs are dressed in clean and pressed uniforms.

Do most caterers allow me to tailor the menu as I see fit?  

Not all catering companies have the flexibility that we do here at Becket & Burke.  We have packages available as well as the option to pick and choose your courses accordingly.

What precautions do you take to ensure food is kept at a safe temperature?

Our kitchens are equipped with professional refrigeration to keep your food at a safe temperature until it leaves our site.  Then all food is stored in insulated containers until it is ready to serve.

•   Salads are displayed on a bed of ice in small quantities, replenished frequently and kept chilled at all times.
•   For outdoor settings, we can provide a tent or other covering for the buffet so that your food is out of the sun.
